Manufacturing Manager qualifications and skills
The role will require domain skills, an open mind, a strong ability to take on a proactive manufacturing approach. A positive attitude, relationship management, skills that feeds off success, challenges, a bit of chaos and continually learning and challenging of the status quo of best manufacturing practice.
Outskin has limited system support at the moment. The Production manager will be a strategic part of implementing system and processes for a lean manufacturing environment. Proven experience working within a complex environment that has a start-up mindset will be required.
Excellence in managing large volumes of orders, data requires close interaction with Pre / Post production leadership establishing KPI’s that thrives for improvements

5+ years’ experience in manufacturing operations
2+ years’ experience in a supervisory capacity
Fluent in English and Chinese
